Civilization which were engaged in a war at some point in the 24th century. Gaila and Hagath sold the Manchovites 150,000 hand weapons. They also sold 100,000 of the same weapons to their enemies, thus profiting from both sides of the war. The arms dealers were annoyed when an armistice was subsequently signed. [1]
