Humanoid life form which incorporates technological elements in order to expand its abilities. There are many different varieties of Borg Drone, each equipped to perform a specific function, but most have an armoured exoskeleton covering the majority of their skin and one limb and one eye replaced with mechanical substitutes. Borg drones differ from most Cyborgs in that their minds are linked with and under the control of the Borg Collective. [1]
