A resident of 21st century Earth, Loomis was a hospital worker who assisted those donating blood. A thoroughly unpleasant person, in 2004 he agreed to work for a mysterious figure whom he believed to be a terrorist working on bioweapons. In fact Loomis was somewhat correct in this belief; his employers were a small group of Xindi-Reptilians who had travelled back from the future to develop a bioweapon to destroy Earth's population before the Humans could become a threat to them. Loomis agreed to kidnap a group of people with different blood groups so that his employers could analyse their physiology to assist in the development of the weapon. He was located by Captain Archer and T'Pol when Daniels sent them back to intercept the Xindi, and assisted them in the belief that they were law enforcement officers who might be able to ensure a reduced sentance for his crimes. Loomis was captured be real law enforcement after Archer completed his mission. [1]
