Universe : Prime Timeline
Name : Commodore / General Oh [1]
Species : Vulcans / Romulans

Commodore Oh was a Vulcan female and director of Starfleet security. Admiral Clancy contacted Oh after the visit from Picard. [1] Commodore Oh paid a visit to Doctor Agnes Jurati at the Daystrom Institute, [2] where she told her of the Admonition and what she believed would be the results of continuing to work on synthetic life. She also insisted that Agnes injest a Viridium tracker and go on the mission with Picard. [3]

In actuality Oh was half Romulan, half Vulcan and a leader in the Zhat Vash, a secret Romulan organisation whose mission was the prevent the creation of synthetic life of any kind. [3] She held the Romulan rank of General and led the mission to destroy the android homeworld of Coppelius. Her first attempt to attack the planet failed due to an attack by giant orchids produced by the androids as a form of orbital defence system. Her second attempt was blocked by Picard and his single freighter and a device that allowed him to simulate hundreds of others. Once the ruse was discovered the Federation fleet arrived and a stalemate developed. Once Picard was able to convince Soji to destroy the transmitter meaning that the threat of higher androids was removed, Oh agreed to depart the system and ordered her fleet to leave. [4]
