Talok was an undercover Romulan agent who posed as a member of the Vulcan military in the mid 22nd century. He served under T'Pol during her Tomed mission. Later the two would meet again during the Vulcan Civil War, when Talok was tasked with finding the Kir'Shara. [1]

Unbeknownst to T'Pol his actual agenda was to further what he termed 'reunification' between the Vulcans and Romulans by preventing the Kir'Shara from being publicly revealed. He ultimately failed in this mission and returned to Romulus shortly afterwards. [1]
