Universe : Prime Timeline
Name : Doctor Thomas Sevrin [1]
Species : Tiburonian

A native of the planet Tiburon, Sevrin was a noted scientist who specialised in communications, electronics and acoustics. He rejected modern Earth society, which he saw as soulless and mechanised, and instead set out to find the mystical planet Eden, where he believed he coudl live a pure natural life. Sevrin suffered from the disease synthococcus novae, and would be unlikely to survive in a primitive environment. He rejected this diagnosis, claiming that Eden would cure his disease. In 2269 Sevrin and a group of like minded individuals stole the space cruiser Aurora. They were captured by the Enterprise, be escaped and finally located Eden in a shuttlecraft. Sevrin died when the planet was revealed to be filled with highly toxic flora. [1]
