Happy 4 years DITL!

Post by Teaos »

4 Years Ago today DITL forums went live to members, Rochey and I joining the very first day, With other such as Seafort and Mickey joining with in the first week.

I still remeber the first few months as Rochey and me debating across the forum about anything with Seafort smacking us both down with all these so called "Facts"

A lot has happened in 4 years and I look forward to 4 more years.

We have gain a lot of good members and formed a good community, hers to the Kennedys for hosting us all.

Technically DITL's birthday was on the 9th, when Graham and Ian joined, Rochey was the only one who's still around who joined on the first day it was opened to non-Kennedys, you and I both joined later in the week, and Mikey didn't join until a fortnight later (lazy bugger). :P

I remeber briefly when DBS was number one poster for about a week, till Rocheys AI expanded and killed him.

Where is that vaguely murderous supercomputer anyway?

Lord knows, but I think it was even more than a fortnight before I finally gave in and joined. Who uses the word "fortnight" anymore, BTW?

I use it quite a lot. At least a dozen times over the last fortnight.
