I am personally looking forward to "The Golden Compass". I've read the novels of the series, and think that the movie has the potential to be great, if done well enough!

There might be a Pern movie coming out next year. I am certainly not going to miss that!

If I can only see one movie next year, I'll see that!

The main one I'm waiting for at the moment is Peter Jackson's remake of the Dam Busters. It has the potential to be pretty good, especially with the SFX we've got these days and the publication of a lot of stuff that was still classified in the 50s.
