Is this RP still active or no?

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Yep................it's just bogged down.

Most of the players are busier during the "school year", and so little posting has been going on.

I need to get a plot piece going at some point, I just haven't collected my ideas together yet.

I'll try and get something up during the week, but I'm a bit bogged down in other stuff I have to do here as well.

Re: what shall we name her?
well...we cant just trade shots with border ships forever. we're gonna need a bigger target. perhaps a flotilla of alliance ships follow a romulan ship home, to a base?
Re: what shall we name her?
Or, we have an encounter with the Orions, who are working for the Romulans again. Say we are seeking information about Romulan fleet movements, a certain Romulan ship, or the base you mentioned. That could open up RP for an away team.

Re: what shall we name her?
I hadn't thought of that. Perhaps encountering a merchant that directs us to some colony somewhere, sort of like the one that NX-Enterprise encountered in the "Broken bow" episode. Finding an informant of some form there.Mark wrote:Or, we have an encounter with the Orions, who are working for the Romulans again. Re: what shall we name her?
The advantage to that would be we'd have a clear goal in mind, and split into two or three groups to accomplish it. Two away teams consisting of mostly PCs and NPCs, then whoever is left on the ship. It would focus quitle well on story development, maybe touch on character development, and most likely get some action down there as well. Even the MACOs could finally get something to do too.

Aye, that'd work nicely.

Agreed. I don't think simple battle after battle would work so well for our RP. If we need an NPC contact/bait, I'm sure we could use Kendall's old Tellarite merc. He'd be bound to have info that we don't.
