I've seen Michelle Forbbes in three different roles, in TNG, Battlestar Galactica, and True Blood.

She always seems to portray characters with a similar attitude in my opinion.

Has anyone else been reading this series? I've downloaded the last couple books to my Nook, and I actually thinks its a pretty good story. It gives a reason why the NX was phased out, and the tech seemed to take a step backwards.

I think that was a damned good spot. I've watched those episodes several times, and never caught that. But like they said, I think that's just the energy beam deflecting off the polarized hull plating.

I suppose...but Klingons just don't strike me as tacticians of that magnitude.

To completely change the subject, has anyone else wondered why they never put a warp drive on the saucer section of the E-D? Separating the saucer before a battle, and losing the stardrive would leave the saucer at the mercy of the attacking ship, which defeats the whole point of separating the sauc...

Sorry, should have been clearer. Polarizing the hull doesn't do a damned thing to prevent beaming as we've seen. Those "screens" as they are labeled on ST:II are something else.

Ug, my girlfriend gave me her old computer which should have the power to play WoW and ST online, but she wiped the hard drives and now I'm trying to re-install XP on it, Bios wont recognize the hard drives!
