Plotline

While Voyager is landed on a planetary surface for major maintenance, Harry Kim takes the Flyer out to look for dilithium. Stumbling across a battle between an alien warship and a medical transport, he violates regulations to lend aid to the weaker ship. Finding all the experienced crewmembers dead, he talks Janeway into agreeing to let him command the ship for the trip home - a mission complicated by the fact that Voyager has already struck up a friendship with the enemy species.
