Plotline

An efficiency analysis by Seven of Nine highlights three crewmembers who are performing well under par and have never been on an away mission. Janeway decides to take the trio to survey a local star cluster. Unfortunately, the Flyer is badly damaged shortly after arrival and Janeway must deal with what may be a natural phenomenon or a deliberate attack while nursemaiding her young charges.
