The "escaping shuttle" sequence is really silly. Even granting that fiddling with the sensors could fire a thruster, how stupid is it not to secure these things to a surface? Plus the motion of the shuttle looks really wrong – I can't be specific, but the motion just doesn't look like what you would expect from a thruster in that position firing.
Great Moment :
I really liked the character of Tarquin, despite the silly name... right up until he tried to make Hoshi stay with him. He worked much better as a sad and lonely figure than as an evil one, and it would have improved the episode significantly to keep him that way.
Body Count :
Zero
Factoid :
Exile is the first Star Trek episode screened in HDTV. It's a pity that nobody owns a HDTV set yet...

Plotline

When Hoshi begins seeing and hearing things, her friends think she may be suffering from stress. But she is certain that what she is experiencing is real – and may offer a way to find out something about the Xindi.
