I have to wonder why Empok Nor is still abandoned. The place has power and working life support, gravity, even lighting. Surely it could be moved to the wormhole and reactivated as a supplement to DS9? Even if you didn't give it all the extra weapons, doubling the amount of docking space available for ships would surely be useful?
Great Moment :
My personal favourite is the holodeck session when the Ferengi practice their rescue with less than perfect results.
Body Count :
Two Jem'Hadar and the Vorta, Keevan.
Factoid :
Iggy Pop is, of course, a well known musician. And since that one is so easy, Christopher Shea also played Saowin in Voyager's "Think Tank".

Plotline

When Quarks mother is captured by the Dominion, he convinces the Federation to trade the captured Vorta Keevan for her. He sets off for Empok Nor to the trade, accompanied by a misfit group of Ferengi mercenaries.
