O'Brien has to go to Rom's quarters to borrow a tool. Assuming that this is the only tool of its type on the entire station, shouldn't it be kept in some sort of central tool store where people can go and check it out when they need it?
Plotline
With Quark still suffering from his debts, he goes home to see his mother. But he is disgusted to find that she has become romantically involved with the Grand Nagus himself. Quark quickly fnds himself siding with an unusual ally to break the couple up.
