A Talarian warrior, Endar abducted a Human child during his people's war with the Federation after his own child was killed. When the Enterprise-D rescued the child, Jono, from a disabled Talarian ship in 2367 Endar threatened to attack the ship rather than give up his son. Captain Picard ultimately agreed to return Jono to Endar. [1]
