The first written rendition of the Federation vs Klingon War that happened in the 23’rd cetury by FASA corp, the writers of the original Star Trek - The Role Playing Game; written in 1986!

In 1983, FASA Corp, created the first Star Trek role playing game. There were volumes and volumes of content about ships, characters, races, rules, factions, and adventure campaigns!
It also had a very detailed Starship combat system - the Starship Combat Tactical Simulator Game, but the license was revoked in 1989! We must treasure this content, as it inspired a lot of canon in today's Star Trek universe!
