Internment Camp 371

Ok I know that Internment camp 371, led by the Vorta Deyos and Jem'Hadar led by Ikat'ika, held many survivors of the Battle of the Omarion Nebula following the destruction of the Romulan and Cardassian fleet, including Enabran Tain. But why didn't we see any Starfleet officers there, besides Bashir? We do know from Garak that several Federation starships did in fact go missing in the Gamma Quadrant.
