Pok from Star Trek Klingon

Okay so I have heard the audiobook a lot of times and watched the youtube video of Star Trek Klingon, made in 1996.

and I have developed an interest in the character of Pok, the main protagonist of the game. However, one question looms that concerns me:
How old exactly is Pok and what year is he born in? The reason I ask is because I have seen these videos a thousand times and all the game implies at is a Rite of Ascension, and since Worf had his own Rite of Ascension in 2365 (as evidenced by The Icarus Factor), and he is clearly established as being born in 2340 (which makes him 25 at the time), this does bring up the other question: Could he be 25 as with Worf, as the novelization of said game says it is set in 2370 as set here:
