Askad-Akranine render

A variant of the Askad-Kesval, but this one designed to replenish matter/antimatter stocks rather than fuel. It's the same basic hull, sans the fuel-processing plants and with two arms rather than four. Also, only two rows of pods rather than three. Each pod is fitted with vents at the bottom that can dump the contents, just as the magazine pods in ships are. And just like ships, the pods themselves are equipped with four propulsor engines so the whole thing can be detached and blast away from the ship at 10,000 gees.

Wow, in the perfect circumstances, it could be used as an emergency bomber.

Ha, that's an interesting idea. If you oriented it so the bottom faced a planet and triggered off a few pods, that would be a real bad day for the planet.
