Movies 2007

Post by Varthikes »

What movies have you seen in the theater during 2007?

Which did you like the most?

Which did you like the least?

I think I've seen the most movies in the theater during 2007 than I had in recent years.

I've seen:

Shrek the Third
Transformers
Ratatouille
Mr. Bean's Holiday
National Treasure: Book of Secrets

and today I saw
Water Horse

The best for me, I think, was Water Horse--love the creature!--with Transformers second.

Shrek the Third is at the other end for me. I still liked it, but not as much as the others.

Hmmmm. I didn't see any of the ones in the OP. I did see I Am Legend, which I liked. I also saw The Golden Compass, which was sort of meh and appears to have tanked.

I can't think of another I caught in 07, though... I think there was one... maybe it will come to me when someone else mentions it.

Transformers, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, Hairspray, and National Treasure: Book of secrets were the best that I've seen.

I didn't really see any bad movies this year. It was a good year movie-wise, and it looks like next year(or now this year) looks to be good too.

Aha, At World's End was the other movie I caught this year. That was pretty good. The fight in the rigging was amusingly ridiculous.

Edit: Oh, and 300. That movie was awesome. SPARTAAANS!

I watched 300 and Transformers on DVD and PotC3: AWE on the plane from Seattle to Tokyo.
There is not a problem in this world that can't be solved without the proper application of a sufficient number of thermonuclear ordnance.

I couldn't begin to list them all. Ian and I probably saw in excess of a hundred movies last year at the cinema.
