SF Debris: Memorial

Did a search for this and didn't see it. Teaos brought this up in the "The Inner Light" review.
"Did they have the right to force us to relive all that," Harry Kim almost exclaimed. "They wanted others to know what it was like in the hopes that nothing like it would happen again," Neelix explained. Does anyone here need to experience being a mass-murderer to know that genocide is wrong?

I forget if it's in the review or somewhere else, but I remember one person wondering about the idea of species coming along who might actually enjoy the Memorial experience. Imagine a Hirogen experiencing it, or even some of the more aggressive Klingons. Something nobody in the episode ever really considers!
