That episode was just boring. He really did make a good point about why so many holodeck episode suck. I didn't tune in to watch gothic romance, renaissance art, detective dramas (yes I hated Dixon Hill), or any of that shit. The holodeck is a great thing but genre shifting is almost always shitty.
