The Breen Confederacy wishes to formally sign on to the Khitomer Accords. This pact will solidify the good will and trust that has been built between the Klingon Empire and the Breen into a truly solid Alliance that will stand the test of time.

assuming this thread needs to be here could someone pleas explain then move these OOC posts into the OOC thread or if it's not needed could a mod delete it or merge the whole thing into the OOC thread==
