Thanks dude. In other news, my PC appears to have kicked the bucket. I get about an hours use out of it before it just locks up and won't do anything. Not sure that I'll replace it either to be honest.

Have you thought about reformatting or is it a hardware issue?

Well I've had a HDD failure imminent warning for about a year now, so I'm thinking hardware. I may swap the HDD from my wifes old PC and reformat it and see.

Ah, my problem is the fan in my laptop doesn't work anymore. Over heats are a real problem now so I can't play high system cost games anymore. ETW, METW2, TATW, L4D & L4D2 all out of it for me until I can get it fixed somehow.

Maybe try a cooling pad?

Cool pads only help your system, they don't really do enough to replace the loss of an internal fan. Without the internal, there's no way for the cool air from the pad to get pulled in.
