Basically what's your favorite classic movie. Not sure what defines a classic movie, but whatever you see fit.

Mine is definetely the fugitive. It's a great movie, pretty much everybody knows it, everybody has seen it, and almost every director has used at least one scene from that movie somewhere.

Maybe not my absolute favorite, but Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb is definitely on my list of all-time greatest classics.

"We're No Angels." Humphrey Bogart, Aldo Ray, Peter Ustinov play three escaped convicts on Devils Island who set out to screw over a merchant and escape back to France and wind up helping him and his family.

"Casablanca" -- 1942 Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, Paul Henreid, Claude Rains. Romance, war, and drama in "Unoccupied" Africa. Also setting of one of the most stirring scenes in movies, (IMO) Here And also source of some of the greatest lines in movie history.
I suppose I'd also add "The Adventures of Robin Hood" - 1938. Errol Flynn, Olivia de Haviland, Basil Rathbone, Claud Rains

Is Aliens old enough to count as a classic yet?

Mine would be "Forrest Gump", followed closely by "The Princess Bride".

Citizen Kane.

Last third was a bit weaker then the first too, but a fantastic film none the less.

Are you talking about the 1933 The Fugitive, or the John Ford 1947 one? Surely you can't mean the crappy Harrison Ford remake of the TV show, right?

Anyway, for me I'd say The Philadelphia Story - Grant and Hepburn had phenomenal chemistry and Jimmy Stewart was great as usual. Likewise, To Have and Have Not - Bacall and Bogey had amazing chemistry (as they should have,) and it's got one of the greatest lines ever. As a big Kurosawa fan, I have to add Ran and Seven Samurai. My Guilty Pleasure award would have to go to Pale Rider.
