Fine, I suspect Mark. For two reasons, one is he is new, doesn't know me that well and all of a sudden decides I'm acting 'a little off'?

Two he's a medic and in the space of few minutes he can determine time of death? How?

And last night? I was alternating between sleeping and watching the portside entrance.

Well, LT....finger pointing is all well and good. But my suspiscion stems from the fact that as senior officer your supposed to have taken charge here. Instead, it seems like Glic has had to step up. Thats what "I" mean by being weird.

And guessing a time of death isn't a whole lot more complicated that scanning the bodies core temp and comparing it to the ambient temp of the room. A body cools at a consistant rate, so just do a little math in your head. It's not really FTL science.

I'm inclined to concur with the Ensign here for much the same reason. For an officer, you haven't been doing much officering lately.

So, who's next to voice their suspicion?

I think i have to concur, it also seems kind of odd that the point you jumped us to was soon infested by Cylons, LT.

My intuition tells me that Mark is right. If the Cylons went to the effort to put a mole in a Colonial crew, I think they would go for a decent officer rank for maximum influence.

It would also explain why she offed the Major before taking any other action - it would leave her in charge and prevent anyone else from interfering with her attempted sabotage.

Alright, I'm calling it now. I say the Lieutenant's guilty of being a Cylon traitor. Who agrees and who disagrees?

wait a minute, i ordered the chief and lazer to deactivate that alien devise. Why would i do that if i was a traitor?

Yeah, and how successful have they been? It's quite possible that you, knowing that they hadn't a chance of understanding how it works, decided to order them to do it anyway, safe in the knowledge that it would keep working. If, however, you hadn't ordered them to do something then you'd have outed yourself.

Well, I don't agree... but I don't disagree either.

:: sigh ::
I hate these kind of decisions. I never was good under pressure. Thats why I took the job I did. No pressure doing paperwork all day.

:: taps head ::
Nope, still no real clue. But I don't think Foxx is a Cylon sympathizer.

First off, your line of reasoning is flawed. For killing the Major first, that would be done no matter what the rank. It gets rid of someone who would most likely have the most overall experience and shunts suspicion onto other high rankers. Also, from my study of the Cylons, it would appear that they would place someone who had tech knowledge over someone who has rank (hence why I suspected our engineer first).
As for the Cylons following us to the jump point, it wouldn't have mattered if anyone else had done the jump, the coordinates could have been transferred through any computer to the comm system, and all of us on the flight deck were near a console, I think. Either that, or there was a localizing transmitter, in which case it still wouldn't matter where we jumped to.

There, thats everything I can think of.

Alright, so I'll take it that you're opposed to it. Who's next?

While Stitch made some sound points, I still think the evidence is staked pretty high against Foxx, I'll vote for an action

Evidence? There's no evidence, just your suspicions. Glic didn't HAVE to take charge, he just immediately took charge. His decisions were sound so I didn't see any reason to change them.

Well, Specialist, it's your call now. Is the Lieutenant guilty - yes or no?
