Re: Find the Skinjob Gameplay

Last night I slept for a few hours, then started to examine the outer hull for any major breaks. I don't know much technical stuff, but I can spot a hull breach. Turns out we have more than a few. Then this morning I saw Mark. Had him come ask the Major if he had any idea what happened; how the Cylons knew where we jumped to.

*sighs*

Alright, does anyone here have an alibi that's verifiable?

Well, mine is slightly verifiable, within a two hour time frame, I was working the engines last night before I slept, but with the time of death being unknown, that isn't the best of alibi's.

Unless someone actually saw you working there then even that's completely worthless as an alibi.

Alright, well unless anyone packed a forensics kit then I don't see any real way of figuring this one out until we get off this rock. So I suggest we all just get back to work and try and get off this gods forsaken place. Chief, get to work on the engines. Take Specialist Lazar with you. Stickler and Mark, you two arm yourselves and watch the portside entrance. No one leaves the ship without express permission from an officer. I'll head up to the flight deck and keep an eye out for any passing ships on the DRADIS. That'll leave Staplic and Lieutenant Foxx to take the starboard hatch.

*pauses briefly, looks at Foxx*

Unless you have any problems, Sir.

I'd suggest an alabi involving 3 or more people, sir. For all we know, we could have more than one.

There are only eight of us on the ship. Seven now. Even assuming just one murderer that's only six of us who can truthfully give alibis.

Um... sir... no disrespect intended. But if an officer instructs someone to leave the ship, how can we be sure that the officer is not a Cylon, trying to isolate one of us?

Very true, if Mr. Glitch trusted him to allow him to get that close, we'll probably trust him just as much. So I can't say truthfully that I have an alibi, but nor does anyone else from the sound of it.

So scratch that as an identifying method...

*snorts derisively*

Ensign Stickler, I don't know about you but I'm pretty confidant in my ability to notice two metre tall robots stomping around the ship. I understand you're knew to all of this, but please keep in mind that Cylons are massive war robots, not shapeshifters. What we have here seems like a simple murder from a member of the crew.

regardless his point stands, how do we know for sure that you aren't the murderer, or any other officer. With a single order they can separate the groups, and isolate us again.

Don't worry about it, Ensign. Things have gotten a little crazy recently.

*turns to Staplic*

What makes you think the murderer will strike again?

Plan for the worst. Hope for the best. I don't know for sure but we should plan like the murderer will
