Play any free browser based games?

Post by sunnyside »

I'm curious if the rest of you play any. Plus, I figure we might as well use each others referal info, as most games give some bonus.

Anyway I first played Urban dead, I was one of the leaders of the second defence of Caiger mall (involving thousands of players and eventually successful). A while after that life got crazy and I quit. The game is still going but I'm not "into" the metagame anymore. I just log in every so often for some zombie action

Than I played nexus war. Fun, but it's shut down.

Than I played human age. Good graphics and relationships. But in the higher levels it got to be too much like a job.

Now I'm trying out erepublik
http://www.erepublik.com/en/referrer/Wapato

Very simple basic actions, but very elaborate politics and business interactions once you get that point.

Also I like the international nature of it. The game is run in many languages and generally the people in other countries are from those countries. It also comes out of Europe not the US, so America is late to the game and short on powerful players.

DarkOrbit. You play a starship, go around, shoot asteroids to gather resources, and avoid the players who bought their superships.

Evony for a little while, not bad but I had to trim out some things and it was a bit more time consuming and not quite as fun as some of the other things I was playing so it got shelved.

What is Evony like?

Pretty much all I know about it is covered in the webcomic lampooning it's ad campaign.

I play Immortal Nights. Its a text based pvp game in which your either a Vampire or a Lycan (Lycanthrope/Werewolf). You build your individual character through prowling, acts of service, schooling, or mischief. Then fight other players or get involved in House Wars. It's pretty cool if thats your thing.

If anyone is interested, you can find it at...........

Online, I'm Marcus Drake (unaffiliated vampire)
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.
