Thats perfect. Plus it would bring them into contact with the UFP... After a while that is. When the (DITL Race) has had enough time to take in all those new resources and empty worlds waiting for our arrival.

Well I have decided that government will be next. Then we'll do technological. But I wanted government to be laid out so we can really begin to finalize things since what kind of techs they use is really a minor issue. Least to me
And depending on the government the UFP will have an interesting first contact I'm sure
