Gran Turismo 2

Post by Tsukiyumi »

When I got the ePSXe emulator to play FF7, I decided to grab GT2 as well; I forgot how much I liked this game. The level of customization is impressive, and the sheer variety of accurately modeled real-world cars (nearly 600  ) makes the game great. There is no story, of course, but if you like to race, and are interested in seeing how bad-ass you can make a Ford Focus or VW Beetle, or if you just want to blow other cars away in a 1000 horsepower monster, this game is great fun. Graphically, it doesn't stack up to the newer versions, but I don't have a PS2 emulator. Yet.

A shame my RL Saturn wagon wasn't around when this game was released; I'd love to see what it could do when fully upgraded.
