Solution to DITL display problem
I was never able to get DITL in general or these forums in particular to display quite right, but it turned out to be an artifact of having an outdated monitor. With an upgrade to a 19" widescreen LCD, I finally get the correct display.

I always had the display, but I had to use scroll bars on my old non-widescreen monitor.
