DITL and Star Trek XI

Post by stitch626 »

I just realized that the new movie will give Graham and Ian more to do. There will, of course, be the review. But there will be new characters, maybe new species and ships.
And there will be more information on most of TOS main cast.

And, it will give us more to argue about (I doubt any ST Movie could come out with us agreeing on everything).

The problem is we normally only do the new stuff when we get the DVD or such so that we can have pictures to go with the items.

We're also going to face the issue of what to do about the timeline. If, as I suspect, this movie buggers about with established continuity in terms of who was in Starfleet when, it may involve some interesting decisions.

No doubt. As will the debates.
I disagree with that statement.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

And ironically, defeat your own argument in doing so!

I disagree with everyone.

Seriously, though, I'm looking forward to the debates that STXI will generate. :)

I'm not schizophrenic; everyone's crazy but me! :)

Say, has anyone heard about this new Trek movie coming out?

Trek? What's that? Is that the thing with Darth Vader?
