It's far less lame than Pegasus, the name of a mythical horse.

I know what Pegasus was. I consider it a lame name for a starship.

Valkyrie cause I'm a band-nerd. Not sure if I'll take a spot on there. I was actually thinking about going for a Klingon ship as a second character, and putting my main char on Daystrom.

Looks like the general consensus is that Pegasus does suck for an Intrepid name.
