Had to link it because it is too big.

Black dots are cannons, little ovals are launchers.
Nice pic, but 12 cannons? I think not.

Oh, I should have told you to ignore the text. This is only the bottom, but there are six canon cannons on the bottom, in the locations of the black dots.

And I assume this guy thought that the ventral saucer matched the dorsal exactly. I could live with six, but they'd have to be asymmetrically distributed between dorsal and ventral. I think that schematic is fanon, or at least fanon-augmented.

Actually, the schematic is correct visually, based on the show.
There were also some dorsal cannons, though I don't have a good pictue of it. I think there were four dorsal ones.

I really don't think that there were ten cannons on the NX-01.

Actually, if you go by visuals in the show, there are more than 10 (I think it is twelve). I'm pretty sure there is an article discussing it somewhere on the main site.

Just checked, the article is called NX Class Phase Cannon.
Complete with visuals and everything.

Yes, and the locations of these cannons were suprisingly consistant.

OK, then we have our cannon (and canon, I guess! ) hardpoints. Anyone know of a similar piece for torp tubes, or are we just going with the four forward tubes which Blackstar gave us caps of?

Best guess would be six - four forward, two aft, all in the main saucer. Effectively the same as I recommened above, slightly modified to account for the extra forward tubes.

We wanna say 4 fore and 3 aft? w/ the one in the little whatever-you-call-it between the nacelles (pod?) was moved to the saucer and a laser was placed there?

The 4 fore and 2 aft sounds good to me.
