New MacGyver movie planned
To the uninitiated, it was an 80's tv show starring Richard Dean Anderson - aka Colonel O'Neill. Play a government scientist whose skills at making ingenius devices out of household objects would put the A Team to shame.
No word on who will play the great mulleted one yet. My vote goes to Colin Farrell. Give him the same haircut as he had in Miami Vice, sans mustache and voila!

So, what will he use to save the world this time?
My bet is that he'll take down North Korea's space laser with a paperclip, some string, a sheet of A4 paper, some chewing gum, and a pair of tweezers.

Rather like Airforce One, which is a terrible terrible film but I always watch when it's on TV. Like it is now. Dammit.

One of the main reasons why I enjoy the show is because of Richard Dean Anderson. It's hard to imagine anyone else doing his roles.

Well, I was assuming that at one point he'd be captured and held in a top-secret military base underwater. A4 paper is quite useful for those situations, you know.Whoa, whoa. Rochey, some A4 paper? Overkill for Mac, much? Wink
