Iron Man

I think it looks to be almost a sure thing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhgzIM-9lfA

Then this one...:

Although I think it looks awesome, I still find this amusing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBM3j7x4Lcw

Iron Man looks like it could be the best of the comic book movies so far.

I'm not sure I trust Farrell in it, but it does look great.

I would have loved to see the original origin - Tony Stark, wounded and havinf heart failure in SE Asia, designs the suit to save himself and then uses it to fight the Red Menace...

Yeah Farrel in this movie makes me question the quality of it...
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

This looks awesome. I never got into the comics of Ironman, but this movie looks awesome. He's like a cross between all the cool parts of Batman and Superman. And he has an excuse for inconsitant powers and abilities since he can modify his suit.

Plus, he's a flawed superhero - his abilities are not innate, and failure or damage to his suit doesn't just render him powerless, it could actually kill him (the heart condition which the suit alleviates.)

Here's hoping it's a good film.

It will have his origin, just the place changed as the war was in SE asia when the original was done, but now it is in the middle-east.

Who are you guys on about? There's no one in the credits with the name Farrell.

Didn't watch the credits. At a quick glance, I mistook Downey for Colin Farrell.

Can't wait. I love most of the Marvel movies (except The Hulk), and I hope they do a good job on this one.
