It does look almost like a lego version

You would be surprised at just how crude the pre-HD filming models were.

It might be the commercial model that was put out 20 years ago too. I think that had raised lines too.

That and I think the filming model was actually bigger.

I felt the same way. It's a lot more colorful than I remember. I guess the Enterprise C model was made to be beaten up and damaged, so the colors do not show like it would a clean model.
