Now Q / Picard and what may as well be the mirror universe, but clearly isn't. Picards office with heads on sticks, lots of notable names. Seven President of the Confederation. Seemly aimed at pissing off the deep south. Raffi high up in the not so secret police. Poor Elnor. Picard chief bad guy.
