The Tomorrow War

An Amazon film produced and starring Chris Pratt...a war thirty years in the future requires citizens from the present to fight for humanity against some aliens that see them as food.
Overall, a decent thrill ride with good cgi baddies, driven by a bit of a sappy character plot device. Time travel paradoxes abound, but with fast moving action, you just hang on for the ride and worry about physics later.
Surprising this wasn't offered in the theatres as well as on Amazon, as it would play better on the large screen, at least for the action sequences.
Update: this was indeed made for the big screen by Paramount Pictures, but due to the pandemic, they sold it to Amazon Prime.
