Just... "huh" moments

So ever seen/felt/read/heard/done something where it's just like... "Huh..."
Me: Sat at a computer, watching a video from Victor Von Doomcock, about SJW madness and how even doing nothing gets you attacked (chris pratt, gina carrano)
*ping* My Body: Say you're bleeding dude.
Me: looks at right index finger, bleeding just to the right of the first knuckle from the nai. ... "Huh? How the...?"
There's literally nothing sharp in physical reach, I'm not holding hands aka can't accidentally scratch myself open from a nail on my left hand and its in a place where my thumb and other three fingers can't nail it either (and short nails because of how much washing I do at work.)
