I think it was in Nemesis, possibly one of the deleted scenes. Geordi was grumbling about how they'd previously had to put the original system back in because the new one couldn't make a decent cuppa.

Maybe they had to engage the warp drive, but couldn't because the replicator was busy making tea.

Or maybe it came up with something almost, but not quite, entirely unlike tea? 8)
