Unfortunatly, I don't have the DVDs so I can't watch it them (yep, I liked Ent). But I don't have to. I'm pretty sure it was Shockwave Part 2. She's crawling through some extra-small jefferies tubes and her clothes get stuck.
Sounds like a porn plot to me.

Just how bulky were her clothes that taking them off significantly helped her to get through a tight space?
