Sorry I've been locked out of my email for a bit. Just downloaded the files onto a flash so after work today I should get to it and turn it in.

Still waiting on a response, if I don't get one I'll send my stuff tonight.

As an aside, is there any way to produce more antimatter?

Yes, but you apparently need oompa loompas to work the machines.

So the deal with resource production is that it is linked to your starbase...the larger (in mass) your starbase is the more resources you can procure. So you can build more starbases (turning minor worlds into major worlds) or you can build a new starbase with more mass.

Antimatter is a special case. No one will run out of it because it requires manual adjustment each turn. You will recieve notice when you are no longer on manual control and the sheet is presenting you with the real requirements for your empire.

If some of you are in the red for net production that may be because I'm waiting till you absolutely need to to lower your rate by another level.

Oh.... and here I was trying to minimize use to nothingness with tiny fleet sizes.

That makes me feel a lot better actually.

Can you elaborate on this? What's the mass-to-resource ratio? How can you tell what the mass of your current starbase is?

mass to resource ratio depends on the specialization of the base. The Resource Processing is obviously going to have the best ratio, followed by the All Purpose which will have Resource Processing specialization regions, and the other two will tie for the worst.

As for where you can find the mass...it's a good thing you brought that up, it's actually in a colored over cell on the sheet, didn't realize I hadn't put that visible on Starships Tab. For the inital Resource Processing Base everyone started with the mass is 2500 ktons.
