I'm working on a tactical officer, maybe an English classmate of Malcolms, but I'm afraid to do English because of all the people from the England area on here! I may accidentally get something wrong. Any other good Non-American nationalities for a tactical officer?

Anything. Most of the East Asian nations have a warrior history, as do the northern Indians and the Polynesians... some parts of continental Europe would serve, as well, or Latin America.

Ok, I'll have my Andorian roommate up shortly. Just need to think of everything.

Yes. It was mentioned in at least one episode, when they were making a recording for some fourth graders. It came up as there wasn't much privacy as a result which is why relationships were rare among the lower ranks

I kind of like having a majority of our crew being human. I don't think affmirmative action is needed really.

And yes they had room mates.

Tactical Officer:

Lieutenant Filip Mikhailovich Federov.

Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Earth. Born in the Russian Federation, Filip was raised on tales of his families, and the Countries, great military history. However, he recognized the days of the Soviet Republics/Imperial Russian Empire were long gone and decided to join the Earth Starfleet as the next best thing to a Soviet tank command. He went through the Academy and engaged in a friendly rival with Lt. Malcolm Reed of the NX-01. In 21--* he was assigned to the construction of the NX-07 Buran and upon completion joined the crew as the modern equivalent of a Plank-Owner. Though he is not the captain, he was the most senior officer to be present during both construction and operational phases.

*do we have a launch date yet, so I can properly back-date construction?

Not according to Trek, Chekov even claims to have relatives or know peoplel near "Leningrad", what is now St.Petersburg (yes?) so it would follow the USSR is still around? If not, I can change it.

I was using the list on Blackstars image, I really don't know. I(or shi) can change if necessary.
