Months are related to how fast a planet rotates, and is not related to the orbit of the planet in question. Orbit is the length of the planet's year.

Actually it would be difficult to organize 'months' in the same way they did for Earth. Our months were loosly based on our lunar cycle, and later modified to fit the length of the year resulting in the modern calander which should be accurate in relation to the seasons for about 5000 years. Years are related to the how long the planet takes to get around the sun.

I'd be easy - take the length of a year and divide by twelve. Voila, one month.
