Maybe we'll get the USAF Hammond for a familiar NPC skipper :happydevil:

Just kidding. Most likely a Daedalus class ship. That will open up some additional character slots for play.

We could take some from Atlantis or we could build some of our own. I like the home grown idea more. As to a ship, I'd like to see us in an O'Neill Class.

Yeah. Rather then having a base, we could have a ship to transport us. It would explain why there are so few of us for such an important mission. It would also allow players a lot more freedom to customize their characters. Since Asgard ships can replicate anything they need.

Well, we are going to another galaxy, with a single SG team. So its like SGU but by intention.

If we're earth bound, we're copying SG1. If we're distant galaxy bound, we're copying SGA. If we're on a ship, we're copying SGU.

If we're going to be copying them all is some form or another. Might as well make it seem like our guys know what they're doing. Am I wrong in thinking that?

I don't think there are any O'Neill Class ships left...the Asguard self-destructed remember. they blew up their whole planet and more than likely their fleet with it.

and if we ignored that part, why would the Asguard just give us one of their ships....the 304's already have all the latest Asguard technology in shields, transporters, weapons, and engines...we really don't need an O'Neill class IMO, I think a 304 powered by one of the ZPM's stolen from Todd by the SGA team would be fine. I also don't think we have just one SG team...just a small force.

I'd say we have a 304 crew, enough personnel to man a ground base, and maybe 4-5 SG teams, but we'll just focus on the one SG team and have secondary characters on another for instances when both are used.

There was a contingent of Asgard that survived into the Pegasus galaxy, however, I do agree that using an O'Neill would not be best. Something just feels remotely...fanboyish about it, I dont know.

Are the Tokra still going?
