Episode 9: Jack questioned finally answered...and wow! Very tense situations for the entire episode...thinking the series finale next week will have an enormous payoff!

It would be kind of a must, or the next series will be Star Trek : Borg!

Even though the Queen voice heard is Alice Krige, Locutus' Queen...I wonder if the Doctor turned Queen from season 2 will somehow be involved?

Seems odd that Wesley hasn't popped in from whatever diminsion he is in, to lend a hand.

On a side note: check out a Utoob (you all know the site) with Wil Wheaton titled 'William F$#&king Shatner'...it is hilarious!!!

Wesley and his lil bro gotta have a talk. Jack's going to destroy the galaxy. That's worse that anything Wesley's ever done.

RIP Shaw, what a great character! Thought there was a good shot at a spin-off series...damn!

Yeah, I was hoping they might do a spin-off with Shaw. Loved his character.

We may well see Wesley in the next episode, possibly with Kore, given the events of the last season. Although it was I think confirmed that she wouldn't be in this season, the same with Agnes.

That was a line I found quite jarring in this episode. It has according to dialog been 10 years since anyone has heard from the Borg! Really, given the events of season 1 and season 2!

How old is Worf?
This is by far my favorite version of him to date. Less severe turtle-plate head, white hair, Zen restrained internal power, that I think will bust out full warrior in the finale!

That is s supttering candle to my rage. 'Back for the Dead' is one of my most-hated tropes, and good fucking LORD Picard's been doing it all fucking series and I've been hating it.

Finale...or was it?

Season 3 of Picard was refreshingly entertaining with the TNG vibe throughout. The finale was no different, with classic peril and unsurmountable odds, giving the old guard another chance to stretch those universe-saving muscles.

Stay turned for a post-credits scene and the return of an old foe.

Plenty of seeds planted for further spin-off...will be interesting to see what happens!

Indeed. A wild ride indeed. Nice surprise ending, too.
