I kinda thought this during his current term. But if he does have a second term, his advancing age will eventually catch up with him and combined with his own eating habits I can see him having severe medical problems or concerns.

Not like he is young.

One thing I would be worried about is if he does live relatively healthy enough through his second term that he will pursue a third term. And Republicans will try to help him. Unless somehow they see the ending of the second term as a way for them to split themselves from him.
