That wasn't time travel per se, but did show the existence of parallel and divergent possibility-universes in 'Trek.

BTW, Blackstar - to clarify, the Mets are the team who will have Johann Santana pitching for them.

That was the point. the episode establised that there were paralel universes and that when time travel acures they go into a parlel universe.
